What idealista does

idealista is a property search and listing app for people buying, selling or renting in Spain, Italy and Portugal. It covers homes, rooms, parking spaces and other property types, giving searchers a way to browse listings and giving owners and agents tools to advertise a property.

Useful for property searches

The map search lets you outline the area where you want to live instead of relying only on fixed neighbourhood names. You can also look for properties near your current location, compare asking prices and save listings that are worth a closer look.

• Create shared lists so other people can add notes, suggest properties or remove options.
• Save searches and receive alerts when matching listings appear or prices change.
• Contact advertisers through the app to ask questions or arrange a viewing.

For renters and advertisers

Renters can build a tenant profile and present relevant information to advertisers when applying for a property. Owners and agents can publish homes or other properties and manage enquiries from people who are interested. That makes idealista useful both at the browsing stage and when a search becomes a real application.
