Oremus - Catholic Bible&Prayer

A Catholic Bible and prayer companion

Oremus - Catholic Bible&Prayer brings Bible reading, Catholic prayers, the Rosary, and daily devotional material into one app. It suits Catholics who want a regular prayer aid, as well as readers exploring Catholic scripture and traditions. The app is published by Bíblia Offline in the Books & Reference category.

Built around daily practice

The app provides daily Mass readings and saint reflections, helping users follow the Church calendar rather than choosing readings at random. Prayer content includes the Rosary and other traditional prayers, with audio options for users who prefer to listen. Bible and prayer material can also be accessed offline, which is useful when travelling or when a reliable connection is not available.

More than a reading app

Oremus adds quizzes and crosswords for a more active way to revisit biblical content. It also includes material intended for quiet reflection and rest, including Bible stories and Gregorian chant. Adjustable text and a night mode make longer reading sessions easier in different lighting conditions, while reminders can support a consistent routine.

What the numbers suggest

With a 4.84 rating from 793,956 reviews and 5,000,000+ installs, Oremus has reached a large audience and receives very strong overall feedback. That does not make it the right fit for every reader: its focus is specifically Catholic, and the range of prayers, readings, audio, activities, and devotional tools may feel busier than a simple Bible reader. For users looking for one place to combine scripture with structured prayer, that breadth is the main reason to consider it.
